Itinerary
- Day 1:
Arrive at the lodge between 12:30 and 14:00 in time for a light lunch. Late afternoon, depart on your first safari. Enjoy sundowners in the bush and continue with the night game drive. Return for dinner around the campfire.
- Day 2:
Sleep a bit later and breakfast at 8:00. Depart on an extended 4-hour drive to seek out elusive animals. A light lunch is served around 14:00 (depending on the animals) followed by a short siesta and a late safari, sundowners in the bush, followed by a night safari. Return to the lodge for dinner around the campfire.
- Day 3:
Early morning wake-up call. Depart at 6:00 for a trip into the famous Kruger National Park. Breakfast will be served at one of the scenic picnic spots and enjoy a packed lunch. Return late afternoon for sundowners in the hide followed by dinner around the campfire.
- Day 4:
Early morning wake-up call. Coffee/tea and rusks in the bush and continue the morning safari on foot or by vehicle. Return for a hearty breakfast in the lapa.
Included:
Accommodation at the lodge, all meals, coffee, tea & fruit during the day, guided afternoon & night game drives in an open safari vehicle, guided morning bush walks, and 14% VAT. Also included are the guided tours as specified, guide costs, entrance fees, lunch and soft drinks on the tours.
Excluded:
Transfers to and from the airport, entrance fee of R40.00 per vehicle to Thornybush Reserve, drinks from the bar and purchases from the shop.
